RESERVATIONS & AVAILABILITY
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we strongly recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of
a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your

*Please notify the spa coordinator/Manager of
any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
"NO SHOWS and WALK OUTS"
will be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting up to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss
their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you respectfully give the Spa advanced notice before the 24 hour schedueled
reservation only $40 Cancellation fee will be billed to your account.
Guests who book an appointment and leave before receiving services, will be charged in full for the menu price of their schedueled services.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your
business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call"
status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost
FOR ALL FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAYS , WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS, AND ALL HOLIDAYS, WE REQUIRE A 72 HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS
and or RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your
credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Guests may choose their method of payment ( Cash or Credit Cards
For parties of three or more, please contact our group coordinator, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are
required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 25% service charge will be added to all spa parties of three or more . Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for
fees and available dates.
Electronic devices are strictly Prohibited; Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may
affect the length of your spa services.
Prices and Services:
All Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to
inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 561-405-6694 or you may contact us below. Out of town? Too busy?
No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or
stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
Series of Treatments
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased.
A 20% service charge is automatically added to your bill based on regular menu
Please arrive precisely at your schedueled
Relax and enjoy a cup of our complimentary Organic teas or Fresh coffee brewed just for you in our waiting area. Couples and spa
parties are more than welcome to bring wine and we will provide the glasses.

Guests, Friends and Family members that
DO NOT HAVE APPOINTMENTS with us are NOT ALLOWED TO WAIT INSIDE SPA without appointmentsfor security purposes, Please enjoy the area and return for your loved ones at their appointments completion.
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so
much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14
days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on
any other products or spa services available here at Glowing Day Spa.
Minors / Underage
Spa guests who are less than 18 years of age may choose treatments
from the adult menu, However a parent, or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room the entire time the minor is receiving a service. Doors must remain open at all times. All Minors must have
Glowing Day Spa's Minor release forms completed before treatment begins.
Minors 17 and under
must be under supervison of parent or legal guardian, at all times and must be mentioned when booking appointment.
